Rae Camp, LSW

Licensed Social Worker

You deserve a space where you can show up exactly as you are. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment where you feel safe, understood, and supported as we work together toward healing and growth.

I am a Licensed Social Worker who focuses on creating a strong therapeutic connection, and creating a safe, non-judgmental space. During my career, I have worked with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, chronic health issues, and trauma. I love to work with individuals who are neurodivergent as well as individuals who are part of the LGBTQIA+ Community, offering an affirming space rooted in authenticity, trust, and acceptance.

My approach to therapy is human-centered and relational, recognizing that no two people have the same experiences or needs. I incorporate attachment style perspective into therapy as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Together, we’ll find an approach that feels supportive and meaningful for you. I believe that each person deserves to experience healing and find greater peace in who they are.

Outside of sessions, I enjoy reading, vintage shopping, and crafting – especially crochet!

Samantha Mertz, LSW

Licensed Social Worker

I’m a licensed social worker with a deep commitment to helping individuals heal from complex and often overwhelming life experiences. My practice is rooted in trauma-informed care, which means I approach every client with empathy, a focus on safety, and an understanding of how trauma shapes both the brain and behavior. With extensive experience working with individuals facing serious mental illnesses—such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorder—I strive to create a therapeutic space that is both stabilizing and empowering.

My therapeutic style is relational, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic approaches to support emotional regulation, insight development, and lasting change.

Above all, I believe healing is possible when individuals feel truly seen, supported, and understood. Whether you’re navigating a recent crisis or working through long-standing emotional pain, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and clinical expertise.
