The office is on Mt. Zion Road near the intersection with East Market Street, with free parking on site. Clients come to us from York, East York, Springettsbury, Hallam, Red Lion, Dallastown, Wrightsville, and surrounding communities. If getting to the office is hard, telehealth appointments are available with select clinicians.

Recognizing that trauma requires specialized care, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of PTSD. Sam is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience in outpatient, community, and school-based settings. She works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity concerns, bipolar disorder, shame, self-doubt, and relationship challenges.

She also operates a small sustainable family farm in central Pennsylvania.
